long queues towel shortage
The breakfast was chaotic, with long queues stretching across the lobby! it felt more like a busy train station than a luxury hotel. also, the requirement to book time slots for the swimming pool was annoying, especially since there were hardly any towels available when we arrived. this meant i had to wait ages dripping wet. It was hardly relaxing.

I found the hotel grounds immaculate. There was ample parking available to guests. A shuttle service to the town centre was very convenient and ran frequently.

clean room underfloor heating
wow, my beautiful king room sea view room was super clean and big. the bathroom even had underfloor heating, so cozy! the breakfast buffet had so many choices, it was like a feast. plus, especially edward at the front desk, were so cute.
the rooms are showing some wear and tear. they really need a refresh soon!

delicious treats spa facilities tasty food
the staff attention were tender, they left some delicious treats in the room after we came back from the spa, what a beautiful surprise. the spa was beautiful too, a calming place after a long day. i liked the breakfast, with tasty food and a wide variety.
the hotel did not have air conditioning in public areas, so it felt a bit stifling in the lobby.

the fitness room includes up-to-date equipment that allows for a complete exercise, the golf courses are fine and meticulously maintained, this makes playing very pleasant with no pressure. spa area is very clean and well equipped.

long queue broken remote
Check-in was quite the ordeal, a line stretched longer than a golf course! i waited far too long, and then they gave me a room that felt more like a standard motel than a luxurious escape. the tv remote didn't work. the promised turndown service never showed up. the minibar prices were outrageous. I mean, really?
